Refund Policy – Focused Paws Training
At Focused Paws Training, we’re committed to offering thoughtful, effective training experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be fair while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling and services.
🐾 One-to-One Sessions

Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded in full.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full unless due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. emergencies please contact us directly).

Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
🎮 Group Classes & Packages

Refunds for prepaid class blocks or packages are available before the first session begins.

After the first session, refunds are not available but unused sessions may be rescheduled where appropriate.

We reserve the right to adjust or cancel classes due to low attendance, trainer illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered.
🌐 Online Courses & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, online course fees are non-refundable once access is granted.

If you experience technical issues or are unhappy with your experience, please get in touch we’ll always try to make it right.
🛠 Special Circumstances
We understand that life (and dogs!) can be unpredictable. If you need to pause, cancel, or adjust your training journey due to personal or pet-related circumstances, reach out we’re happy to discuss options with compassion and flexibility.
